To return an item, please email us, and we can take it from there. Send a message to hello.bookleup@gmail.com, use your order number as the subject. You have 14 days from receiving the goods to register a return, after that, we are not able to accept the request.

The postage and packaging charges are non-refundable.

To qualify for a return, the goods must be in the same condition as you received them. You also require a receipt/ proof of purchase.

If/ when your return is accepted, we will send you an email with what to do next, and the postage address.

Please inspect your parcel immediately, if there is any damage, or you seem to have received an incorrect item, let us know so we can sort this for you.

Once we have received your parcel and deemed it acceptable, we will refund you the amount and will keep you updated with emails.
